- Collaboration in customer service with system-technical hotline inquiries about our ERP/PPS software FEPA via remote maintenance and partly on site
- installation, support and consulting of the IT infrastructure of our customers around our software product FEPA (Windows client, Windows and Linux server, virtual environments, network connection, MS-SQL, Ingres)
- installation, administration and optimization of our internal IT infrastructure
- maintenance and administration of the server operating systems, such as installation and configuration of systems, release changes, installation of patches and their applications.
- completed vocational training with a commercial or technical orientation or a degree in one of these areas
- work experience as a system administrator, ideally in the ERP environment • confident in handling Windows client and server operating systems, MS Windows, Active Directory and experience in the area of SQL server databases, VMware and Office 365
